KMK was tasked by a leading innovative company to provide structural analysis for wastewater purifying storage and tanks.

This engineering work included review of 3D model, fabrication feasibility, hand calculations, finite element analysis (FEA) and material selection.

• Evaluation of product requirements, fully detailed process flow diagram.
• Plant equipment design layout.
• 3D modelling, 2D fabrication and drawings by using Autodesk products: Inventor and AutoCAD
• To outline provisional Bill of Materials.
• Structural analysis summary report for product verification and client verification.
